Balances, in the order they were frozen
Money in an ACBuy account froze in stages, and the stages explain why answers differ between people. Purchasing and redemption stopped on 12 June 2026. Warehouse and parcel work was described as continuing under the same announcement, which is why some accounts kept moving parcels while nobody could spend a balance.
The planned 1 July restart did not restore ordering. Around 10 July a community representative said ordering was not back and offered no new date. By August third-party records showed the platform offline. Money was never formally returned to anyone in that sequence.
So the freeze is not one event with one fix. Funds topped up in an account and never spent sit in a different position from funds tied to an order placed back in May 2026 and never shipped, because only one of those two was ever attached to a specific purchase.
The channels that still answer
Support requests used to go to the platform itself, through the account area and the help channels attached to it. That route is the one that went quiet. Our platform ledger records ACBuy as closed with no fee, storage or payment terms verified, because purchasing has not been available since June 2026.
Account notices carried their own deadlines, and those deadlines differed from one account to the next. That is the pattern worth noticing here: the only dates anyone received were account-level and personal, so there was never a platform-wide settlement date that two people could compare notes on.
What we cannot name is any channel that is resolving balances right now, and that gap is the actual answer to this question. This site has not verified one, and we will not describe one from memory of how the platform used to work before June 2026.
Records worth keeping
Keep four things, dated. The balance figure as your account last showed it, with a screenshot and a date. Any order number the balance is attached to. The text of every account notice you received, including the deadline it carried. And the dates of the June suspension and the failed July restart, so a later reader can place your account in the sequence.
Separate the two piles before you file anything. Money tied to an order that was placed and then cancelled is a different claim from unspent top-up money sitting in the account. Losing that distinction is how people end up unable to explain their own case months later.
A plain-text copy of all four costs you ten minutes and survives a dead login. Anything that lives only inside a platform account you can no longer reach is one password reset away from being gone, and a screenshot on a phone is not a filing system.
The portion that may never clear
The honest limit: with no company statement and no verified channel, part of a balance has no visible route back. The platform never announced a permanent closure, which keeps the formal position unclear, but unclear is not the same as pending.
Treat that portion as spent when you plan. Do not fund a rebuild or a parcel on the assumption it returns, and do not pay a third party who claims to recover it. We have read no verified mechanism for that.
What is recoverable is smaller and more concrete than the balance: the marketplace listings sitting behind your links, which never belonged to the platform in the first place. The changelog records how this ledger updates when new information lands. Nothing has landed yet.
