Report something wrong here
This ledger publishes readings, dates and sample sizes, which means most of what it says can be checked by someone else. If something does not match what you see, the correction route is open, and corrections are logged rather than quietly applied.
What to send
Write to corrections@acbuy.mobi. Four things make a report actionable, and a message with all four usually gets a decision in one exchange rather than three.
- The page you were looking at. The full address, not just the section name. Two pages on this site can carry a similar heading.
- What you saw instead. A screenshot is useful, but a sentence is usually enough. What matters is the specific claim you think is wrong.
- When you looked. A date, and a time zone if the claim is about something that changes during a day.
- Where it can be checked. A public address that shows what you are describing. This is the item that decides most reports: if a claim can be checked independently, it can be corrected without argument.
You can copy the template below and fill it in. It exists because most reports arrive with the first two items and not the last, and the last is the one that moves things.

What happens next
Reports are read within five working days. A report that can be checked gets an answer either way: if the record was right, the reply says what the record was based on; if it was wrong, the reply says what is being changed and when.
Accepted corrections are recorded on the site record with the date and the method version they belong to. Where a correction changes a definition rather than a single record, the method version moves and earlier periods keep their original readings. A past period is not recalculated: silently changing a published record would make every other record harder to trust.
What this route is not for
It is not a support channel for any platform. This site does not have access to accounts, orders, balances or warehouse items belonging to anyone, and it cannot look anything up on your behalf. Questions about an order have to go to whoever is holding it.
It is also not a place to send account details. Never include passwords, verification codes, payment information or screenshots showing them. A correction only ever needs the four items listed above, none of which involve credentials.
Finally, it is not a takedown channel for third parties. If you believe something on this site misrepresents a platform you operate, say so with the four items and it will be handled as a correction, which is a faster route than a formal notice and produces a better record.
Questions as well as errors
The same address takes questions. A question that can be answered from something this site can point at becomes an entry in the question index, credited to the period it arrived in. A question that could only be answered with a guess does not become an entry, and the reply says so rather than inventing a confident answer.
